One in eight of the working age population are from a Black & Ethnically Diverse background, yet only one in ten are in the workplace and only one in sixteen top
management positions are held by an ethnic minority person. We feel it is necessary to celebrate what Black and Ethnically Diverse professionals are capable of with the right support and opportunities.
We founded Excellerate in order to use our joint expertise spanning decades in HR and professional backgrounds within the Talent Acquisition (including Early Careers), Learning & Development and Leadership space, to enhance the narrative around Black and Ethnically Diverse talent.
We are passionate about seeing professional talent succeed. We aim to support and elevate Black and Ethnically Diverse students, graduates and professionals in their careers. Everything we do is built around four key pillars:
